- 1
Tell us about the matter
A few lines on your business, what you are planning and your timeline.
- 2
Initial conversation
A confidential call with a senior advisor to understand the question and constraints.
- 3
Written proposal
A clear scope, approach, timetable and fee before any work begins.
Enquiries are handled confidentially. A client relationship begins only once an engagement letter has been agreed in writing.
Before you get in touch
Good to know
Is the initial conversation confidential?
Yes. We treat all enquiries confidentially. At the enquiry stage, please share only the information needed to understand the matter; we will ask for more detail once we have checked for conflicts of interest.
When does a client relationship begin?
Only once we have agreed a written engagement letter setting out the scope, terms and fees. Contacting us through this website does not by itself create a client relationship.
How are fees agreed?
After the initial conversation we provide a written proposal with the scope, approach, timetable and either a fixed fee or a clear fee estimate, so there are no surprises.
Can you help with urgent matters?
Please say so in your message — for example a regulator deadline, a bank account closure notice or a payment provider termination — and we will prioritise the review of your enquiry.
