These terms govern your use of this website. By using the website you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.

They apply to the public website only. They are not a client engagement letter or terms for professional services, and they do not replace the terms agreed for a specific matter. ROZSUD provides professional services only under a written engagement agreed for that matter.

You may use the website to learn about ROZSUD and its services, to read the information we publish and to contact us. Access is free of charge. You are responsible for the equipment and connection you use to access it.

Content on the website is general information. It is not legal, regulatory, tax, investment or other professional advice, and no such advice arises from the website’s content alone. Advice is given only within an agreed engagement and on the facts of a specific matter, so please obtain advice on your own circumstances before acting.

4. No client relationship, confidentiality or privilege

Using the website, sending us an enquiry or sending us any other unsolicited information does not create a client relationship, a duty of confidentiality owed to you as a client, or legal privilege. A client relationship begins only when an engagement has been agreed in writing. Please do not send confidential or legally privileged information before then.

5. Regulatory information may become outdated

Regulatory requirements change frequently and differ between jurisdictions. Jurisdiction overviews, insights and other content reflect the position when they were prepared and may not reflect later developments.

References to a jurisdiction do not mean that ROZSUD is admitted or authorised to practise there. Where local admission, representation or jurisdiction-specific execution is required, we work with local counsel, corporate service providers and other specialists.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of it. Information you send through the consultation form must be accurate, and it must be yours to share.

• use the website in breach of any applicable law or regulation, or for any fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• impersonate another person or organisation, or submit false or misleading information;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the systems that host it or any data connected to it;
• interfere with the website’s operation, including by introducing malicious code or by overloading it with requests;
• extract content from the website in bulk by automated means, other than through ordinary search-engine indexing, without our written permission;
• use the website or the consultation form to send unsolicited marketing.

We may restrict access to the website in response to misuse.

The website and its content, including its text, graphics, images and the ROZSUD name and logo, are owned by or licensed to ROZSUD CONSULTING LTD. You may view the website, print or save extracts for your own reference, share links and quote short extracts with attribution. Third-party material is credited where it is used.
