Overview

The framework

Saint Lucia is a member of the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union, where banking is supervised by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank. Non-bank financial services are supervised by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).

The FSRA's remit includes international business and virtual asset businesses, which are subject to a registration framework. Saint Lucia entities are used in international structures, and counterparties review them in the context of the whole group.
