About ROZSUD
Regulatory advice built for how digital businesses actually operate.
ROZSUD is an international legal and regulatory advisory firm for founders, operators and investors in gaming, fintech, payments, crypto and other regulated digital industries.
Our view
Why ROZSUD exists
Regulated digital businesses are international from the start. They are licensed in one place, banked in another, serve customers in many more, and depend on a chain of technology and payment partners that rarely sits in a single jurisdiction.
Traditional legal advice is often organised the other way around: by country, by practice area and by the hour. The result is fragmented advice, inconsistent documents and decisions made without seeing the whole picture.
ROZSUD was set up to work the way these businesses do — across borders, across disciplines and with a commercial sense of what matters. We combine regulatory depth with an understanding of how licences, structures, banking relationships and contracts depend on each other.
Approach
What we do differently
| Aspect | Conventional approach | ROZSUD |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | The legal question as it was asked | The business decision behind the question |
| Scope | Separate advisers for licensing, corporate, banking and contracts | One team looking at how these areas affect each other |
| Jurisdictions | Referral to a different firm for each country | Coordinated local execution under one plan |
| Deliverables | Long memoranda with every caveat | Clear recommendations, and the documents to act on them |
| Fees | Open-ended hourly billing | Scope and fee agreed before work begins |
| After launch | A new instruction for every question | Ongoing counsel that already knows your business |
Standards
How we commit to working
- 1.
Senior-led from the first call
The person who scopes your matter is the person responsible for delivering it. Work is not handed down to a junior team after the introduction.
- 2.
Scoped and priced before we start
You receive a written scope, timetable and fee proposal before any work begins, and we tell you in advance if the scope needs to change.
- 3.
Written for regulators and banks
Documents are prepared for the people who will review them — supervisors, bank compliance teams and auditors — not as generic templates.
- 4.
Candid about risk
We tell you when a route is unlikely to work, when a timeline is unrealistic or when a structure will not hold up, before you commit to it.
- 5.
Commercially grounded
Advice is framed around business decisions: what it costs, how long it takes, what it unlocks and what the alternatives are.
- 6.
Confidential by default
Information about your business, plans and counterparties is handled on a need-to-know basis across every adviser we coordinate.
